{"id":5024,"date":"2025-03-21T09:14:40","date_gmt":"2025-03-21T16:14:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hearingsb.fm1.dev\/?page_id=5024"},"modified":"2025-05-27T13:14:53","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T20:14:53","slug":"otoscan-3d-digital-ear-scanning","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hearingsb.com\/otoscan-3d-digital-ear-scanning\/","title":{"rendered":"OtoScan \u2013 3D Digital Ear Scanning"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Our office takes great pride in offering the most up to date technology that will allow us to provide you with the highest quality of hearing healthcare, which is why we&nbsp;are excited to announce our newest piece of technology, the Otoscan \u2013 3D Ear Scanner by Otometrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otoscan is the first 3D ear scanning solution that allows for digital impressions for custom in-the-ear pieces and hearing aid impressions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How OtoScan Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Audiologist will secure a headband over the ear and use the Otoscan\u2019s laser probe to capture the shape of the ear canal and outer portions of the ear, creating a 3D image. During the scanning process, the patient will be able to see video footage of their canal.
